LOGISTICS & AV REQUIREMENTS
01 AUDIO / VISUAL
- Lapel / Lavalier wireless microphone (Essential)
- HDMI stage connection (Brian uses Mac with HDMI adapter)
- High-fidelity house PA system with audio line-in
- Standard 16:9 projection screen or LED wall
- Stable internet connection for live digital components
- Lectern not required, small cocktail table preferred
02 TRAVEL LOGISTICS
- Flights: Domestic for Australia . New Zealand. Business Class for travel over 5 hours (Sydney Origin)
- Accommodation: Hotel in close proximity to venue
- Ground Transport: Private car service or airport transfers
- Meals & Incidentals: Per diem or provided as per contract
- Parking: On-site parking pass to be provided for local Sydney events
